Dragon Wants to Change, and Can Change

Alright.

Why would I do this?
1) I am really sick of myself having high metabolism and being genetically skinny, but having a TUMMY.
2) I am jealous of the lean and mean bodies of the ladies I follow/stalk on Instagram.
3) I wanna look good when I see my Superman in July.

Why now?
I can't really think of a better time than NOW.
And it chances that, we've reached the 60 day mark in the countdown of us finally seeing each other after having a 115 day long distance separation!

How?
1) Exercise.
- I'm taking baby steps really. It's so not easy because I am so lazy. I blogged that I ran once, quite a while back, and due to the effects (muscle ache, limping, weak mind), I stopped since.
- I am doing a 21 day bikini body challenge which I started two nights ago (tonight is Night 3 and yes, the same effects have returned but I am determined!!!!!!)

2) Detox
- I am going to start a SkinnyMint detox programme for 28 days. Although I have not purchased it yet (I already emailed them), it's advertisement keeps popping up on my Facebook news feed so I deem it as a sign!

3) Control
- This is really difficult, because you can start the good stuff, but if you don't eliminate the bad, what's the use right???
- I'm a junk food junkie. Really good junkie too! I had papadam and Pringles today! Despite having green phelgm this morning *guilty peace-out*!!!!

I WILL GET IT DONE. AND one other unrelated incident for today,
- I stopped using my main Instagram account.
- I know I will be so tempted to get it logged in again
- Erm: I do not know how long it will last hahaha
- Basically I wanna log my track of this change in my other account instead of my main account on Insta cz I don't want my friends to know what I'm doing till I succeed. *DO NOT JUDGE ME*
